Lisa Trager’s Bio

With over fifteen yearLisa-Tragers experience in Content Strategy and User Experience Design, Lisa Trager has led enterprise initiatives for clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial and government sectors.  Projects include developing the research and executing digital, cross-platform strategies that balance the needs of users with business objectives.   She enjoys finding ways of integrating the principles of intelligent content into her work, which includes branded and non-branded websites, intranet portals, and cross-platform digital marketing campaigns.  Common deliverables include competitive and heuristic analysis, content audits, and the development of a sitemap, content model, and content matrix.

Lisa’s experience includes working on both the agency and the client side.  At DraftFCB NY, she worked on accounts with the US Census Bureau and on the Healthcare side projects for Pfizer, Novartis, and most recently Abbvie Pharmaceuticals.  Other experience in the pharmaceutical sector includes working for Publicis Modem on business with Sanofi-Aventis, Sanofi-Pasteur, and as an independent consultant with Merck, Novartis, and NovoNordisk. In the financial sector, Lisa worked for two years as a consultant for Prudential Financial in the role of Senior Information Architect/Lead Content Strategist for the Life Insurance line of business.

An evangelist for content strategy, Lisa is a founding member of the CS-NYC group and often gives presentations on the topic of content strategy.  Last summer she led a workshop on Gaining Insights Into Your Targeted Audience for STC-NY.  Then again in October 2012, was a featured presenter at Content Strategy Workshops, where participants received practical learning from industry experts.
